Cat Friendly Veterinary Hospital – Gold Certified

At Animal Republic Veterinary Hospital & Emergency, we understand that cats have unique medical and emotional needs. Our hospital is proud to be recognized as a Cat Friendly Practice® by the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) and the International Society for Feline Medicine (ISFM). This recognition reflects our commitment to providing veterinary care designed specifically for cats in a calm, low-stress environment.

A Cat Friendly Practice® is a veterinary hospital that follows advanced standards for feline medicine, handling, and hospital design. These standards help reduce stress during veterinary visits and allow cats to receive better medical care.

Our team focuses on gentle handling, a calm environment, and medical care tailored specifically for feline patients. From routine wellness exams and vaccinations to diagnostics and treatment, every aspect of our care is designed with your cat’s comfort and health in mind.

Dr. Omid Fazeli is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and has completed the Cat Friendly Certificate Program. His passion for feline medicine extends beyond the hospital, as he shares his home with two cats, Munchie and Morad.

As part of our commitment to feline welfare, Animal Republic Veterinary Hospital & Emergency does not perform elective declawing procedures. Instead, we work with cat owners to provide humane alternatives and education to protect both cats and their families.
